Summary Background

I began my career in commercial team as a Cost & Benefit Surveyor in Oman which required weekly detailed measurement of all the labor trades of company like, bricklayers, painters, masons, carpenters, etc and the like, to quantify their daily & weekly progress and calculate into monetary values. This weekly information was also used for progress of the project and fed to the project team for delay records. That start provided me with excellent understanding of construction processes and materials.
