Parason group is one of the largest manufacturer & supplier of paper and pulp machinery with all the spare parts.. Parason offers all the machinery used in paper industries since from making pulp to the rolling of final paper. The company is pioneer in manufacturing of refiner plates and the screening plates. Responsibilities:

Ensuring full proof manufacturing drawings for production.

Design estimation in production planning.

Maintaining all records related to concept design to final manufacturing drawings.

Co-ordination with Internal Suppliers, logistics, Quality, External Suppliers.

Machine layout design for Assembly & machining operations to optimize product flow process.

Implements 5S, Kaizen methodology and Lean practices for waste reduction in R&D section.

Process validation for machining process, rejection analysis & control.
