With eleven locations, US Pipe Fabrication is the largest independent ductile iron pipe fabricator in the United States.

Responsible for all HR functions for all fabrication shops throughout the United States

Responsible for benefits, compensation, recruiting and administrative activities in the Human Resources Department.

Handles all new hire on-boarding and off boarding, develops offer letters, organizes and directs new hire orientation.

Manages all Ultipro input and administration, manages the attendance program and handles all HR reporting including tracking new hire and termination data, compiling turning by location and all affirmative action reporting for all facilities.
