oSalary Package: 25K per Month + Incentive
Worked as an Asst. Manager (visa filling) with Aspen Overseas ltd. Chandigarh from June 2009 to March 2013.
After working 2 years as an office Assistant with SICS I enhanced my career by Joining Asppen Overseas, Chandigarh. This is a very well reputed organization and deals in various countries and categories of immigration process. This was the company where I had enhanced more skills. I had joined this company as Case Filing Officer and later promoted as an Assistant Manager (Case Filing section). My job responsibilities were:
Documentation preparation work.
Attend client queries and be answerable to their queries.
Client meetings and discussion over requisite documents.
Communicating with Different High Authorities and Education provider (overseas) where needed.
Supervision and time to time support to junior staff.
Take care of organization working system in absence of Directors.
Take care of Hiring process and induction process to joinee, provide training sessions to them.
Meetings with College Associates and Representative for new updates or suggestions.
In summary this was great experience to work with such an organization where I not even exercise my skills but also learned new skills like counseling, interpersonal skills, front end meetings, systematically working process and many more.

Worked as an office assistant (Trainee on operation process) with SICS (immigration Company) Mohali from April 2007 to June 2009.
As an office Assistant I was performing duties of Intern/Trainee, and company was involved to process study, Residency, Dependent Migration cases of Australia. Where in I was performing following duties:
Attended telephonic and visitor’s queries.
Forward queries to respective department.
Assist in case filling to Sr. officer
Preparation of client Resume according to requirement.
Assist Senior in Admission process of students to diff International Education Provider.
Time to Time follow up and interaction with client where needed.
