Coordinate with staff and operators to increase output & Online focusing on machines speed and yield related issues in primary - secondary packing area. To look after the machine & Packing line and prepare / Ensure filling of related documents and BPR.

To ensure the transfer of finished goods to bond / return of p.m.

Co-ordinate the activities of subordinates; maintain working as per cGMP Requirements and Supervision of related activities in Department.

To monitor of issuance of Packing materials from store and batch release for packing.

To Ensure Preventive maintenance of all machine as per time period.

Work Distribution and optimum utilization of manpower.

BMR & BPR Review after complete of Batch and done entry in SAP for Good finished Transfer.

To Ensure That Maximum Quantity Packed Per batch With good Quality.

To increase maximum output with use of less manpower .

Supervision of Various Manufacturing stages of section as per SOP.

Submission of Daily Production Report.

Check all parameter during manufacturing process of tablet.
