Job Title: Document Controller

Ensuring compliance with document management standards and procedures.

Managing user access to the document management system.

Ensuring files are correctly uploaded to the eB (Enterprise Bridge).

Providing one-to-one support to users on the use of the eB and train both staff and tier one contractors in the use of the EDMS.

Advising departments on how to manage document lifecycles to ensure that there is a clear audit trail of how documents are approved.

Responsible for the control & distribution of SQE related communications received from external parties such as RAIB, ATOC, RSSB etc to the relevant members within MTR Crossrail and ensuring subsequent instructions resulting from the sponsor’s review are actioned accordingly and tracked to completion.

Responsible for logging recommendations required for closing out any non-conformance arising as a result of an internal or external audit into ‘Compass’ and track the progress.
