HR Coordinator at Al-Dousari Group for Aluminum, Kuwait (Feb 10, 2019 – Present) Al-Dousari Group is one of Kuwait’s Top Aluminum Manufacturing & Installation Companies.

Responsibilities include-

- Respond to all HR-Related inquiries and requests, and provide assistance as required.

- Documents Maintenance, which includes opening new files, updating existing files, and maintaining electronic copies of important documents as well.

- Schedule meetings, interviews, training sessions, HR events, etc., and serve as a direct point of contact from Human Resources Department.

- Prepare and compile all the supporting documents for payroll preparation process.

- Issuing Job Offers, New Employee Approval Forms, Job Contracts, and Job Commencement Forms.

- Issuing disciplinary action letters, terminations, and acceptance of resignations.

- Issuing return from leave forms for employees back from their annual and emergency leaves.

- Collecting and verifying Overtime sheets from different departments and get it approved from concerned managers.
