Planning and arranging the start and close of the Project, manpower, M.T.O and equipment

monitoring the sequences of Project tasks and ensure the running of progress.

Coordinating between third parities, Quality control team, and other partners.

Request for meeting and revise for the plan for obstacles coming ahead.

• Solve any structural technical matters through technical query.

•technically revise and review the drawings

•contractor Focal point between the client and main coordinate between the drilling team and electrical engineers upon the IFC and required depth for Electrical works.

Reviewing IFC drawings and approval for Final Submitted Contractor Structural works and tasks

Coordinate between design team and Contractor for any revised IFC drawings.
