1.ANA Associates –Heritage Exports – Tirupur Period: Jun 2018 to till date

Role : Account Assistant

Brief Description: ANA Associates - Heritage Exports a Reliable Resource for Sourcing Quality Apparel from the Indian sub – continent. Established in 1990, supplying Fashion to Chain Stores, Brands and Fashion Houses. Evolving with the latest in fashion, we are up-to-date with the latest industry trends and have delivered consistently to Global Markets. My primary roles as Account Assistant is Export letter of credit means a commercial letter of credit issued by a foreign bank in favor of a domestic exporter at the request of a foreign buyer and other admin activities.

2.Manchester Honda–Ramani Automobile P Ltd.,- Coimbatore Period: Feb 2014 to May 2017

Role: Sales Quality Manager (SQM)

Brief Description: Ramani Group has begun a NEW second dealership for HONDA, My primary roles as SQM are to ensure customer WOW & DELIGHT both before and after delivery of the vehicle. This satisfaction is achieved by closing issues such as vehicle allocation, accessories fitting; delay in delivery etc. Preparing Dlite reports, Concern Closure (DFS,HONDA 121) and damage claims etc is part of my role along with ADMIN activities.

Brief Description: SJB being the NEW dealers for Mahindra, My primary roles as CRM are to ensure customer DELIGHT both before and after delivery of the vehicle. This satisfaction is achieved by closing issues such as vehicle allocation, accessories fitting delay in delivery. Role: Customer Care Manager (CCM)

Brief Description: ABT being one of the Pioneer Platinum dealers for Maruti Suzuki, since 1983. My primary roles as CCM are to ensure customer satisfaction both before and after delivery of the vehicle. This satisfaction is achieved by closing issues such as vehicle allocation, accessories fitting, delay in delivery etc. Preparing reports like Post Sales Follow-up, Delivery Report, Team wise Sales Report is part of my role. Brief Description: Finacc Consultancy is an Audit Firm. As ‘Admin & Document Executive’, I had to interact with the clients for their requirements like business expansions, business mortgage, housing loans in order to consolidate documents as per the lending bank norms. Filling Income tax returns is also part of my role for which I had to collect and file the investment details of the clients.
