PROFILE SUMMARY

A dedicated professional with around 9 years of experience in Erection & Commissioning, Operations & Maintenance, Design review and Team Management.

Worked in Mechanical Maintenance department of 660 * 2 MW, Pulverised coal fired, Super Critical thermal power plant.

Erection and commissioning of the plant and maintenance of the same.

Maintenance of Main Boilers and Turbine and their auxiliaries.

Maintenance of Rotating equipment in power plant such as Vertical Roller Mills, Axial fans, Rotating Air Preheaters and Pumps, Static equipment such as boiler pressure parts, chemical tanks, cooling towers, water cooled condenser, coil heaters etc.

Maintenance of Water treatment plant including HRSCC, MGF, RO, DM chemical handling system.

Daily and long term maintenance and shutdown planning in coordination with planning and production department regarding same. Supporting production and other department for smooth running of plant and resolving procedural problems as appropriate for the timely completion of the objectives.

Sound understanding of managing maintenance such as Preventive maintenance, Proactive maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, to reduce breakdown and to increase availability.

Identifying areas of obstruction, doing Root Cause Analysis and taking steps for rectifying the equipment through application of troubleshooting techniques and analysing data through DCS.

Done Capital overhauling of Main Turbine, Boiler ducting, Coal mills, Boiler Fans, Air preheaters, Cooling water pumps in stipulated time with all technical and financial preparation.

Spares planning and inventory management, liasoning with contracts and procurement department in placing the order and following up with vendor for timely delivery of the same.

Handling contracts like main plant running maintenance, overhauling contracts and other project contracts.

Reviewing and processing invoice of contractors and coordination with finance department for timely payment.

CAPEX and OPEX preparation and management.

Involved in erection of Main boiler, coal mills, boiler ducting, fans etc.

HOLTEC CONSULTING PVT LTD (March 2018 - present)

Owner's engineer for Captive Power Plants (WHRB/ FBC boilers)

Preparing Technical and commercial tenders for different packages of power plant.

Evaluation of Technical offers received from different vendors on basis of tenders and then preparing offers for them.

Designing water treatment plant with UF, RO and DM for CPP and WHR projects.

Preparation and engineering review of P&IDs, GA, Layouts and technical documents.

Negotiated with Clients and Subcontractors on the rates, terms and conditions.

Coordination of pre order project activities with client and vendor.

Working on Green field and Brown field and retrofitting projects for Complete power generating unit, Boiler, ESP, condenser etc.

Overhauling of, Vertical type Canal water pump, 14 km away from plant. Make - Flowmore pump.

Maintenance of Control valves, Stop valves and By-pass valves.

Erection, commissioning and maintenance of 45 TPH - Oil Fired Auxiliary Boiler, Make - Transparent Energy

Erection and maintenance of distribution piping inside the Natural Draft Cooling Tower (NDCT), Make - Paharpur Cooling Towers Ltd. and maintenance of the same.

Commissioning and maintenance of pressure parts and ducting of 2115.5 TPH, PF fired and Super Critical Boiler, Make - Harbin Boiler Co.

Maintenance of HP/ LP heaters, attending inside tube leaks in HP heater.

Overhauling of PHE for MOT to attend the water leakage to oil side.

Worked condenser for bullet cleaning of tubes for 660 MW turbine. Make - Dong Fang Electric Company

Quality control for Chemical tanks maintenance 20KL capacity and maintenance of the same.

Maintenance of Underground pipe of MS and HDPE in plant.

Capex Management

Procurement of New Chemical tanks.

Procurement New design coal feeder internals and installing the same to improve the reliability of coal feeders.

Managing Project of service water above ground piping erection, commissioning and testing in entire plant. The piping in currently under ground the project is to make it above ground.

Procurement of floor mounted Jib crane to make small lifting jobs for maintenance easy.
