·Wrote the standard operating procedures (SOP) for the MMR Constructors E&I Panel Fabrication Facility and the MMR Belle Chasse facility in 2011, which are still used as the corporate safety standards for their production facility

Currently in West Texas working at the Delek Big Spring Refinery.
• Arrived two months prior to the start of construction with a project management team to plan and develop every aspect of the safety execution plan for a large-scale capital project for the Delek BSR.
• Wrote the site HSE plan along with several specific Safety procedures for the project.
• Coach and advise construction management by providing detailed safety guidelines and instructions that help the project advance on schedule while adhering to goal zero
• Conduct daily safety meeting with the workforce.
• Employee Training is large portion of this particular project, and one that I truly enjoy.
• Evaluate and develop trend analysis data from our observations program and develop specific training courses based on that data.

Construction of the Cameron LNG plant. Conduct hazard recognition sweeps of the unit and institute needed program changes and mitigations.
