Management Responsibilities:

Being HSE Engineer, I am responsible for overall Management of HSE Management System across the projects.

Ensure that company and client’s procedures relating to HSE are communicated followed.

Attending Kick-off meeting with clients/consultants regarding decision for scope of HSE on respective project site

Technical Training of HSE team according to defined scope of work according to specific requirements of projects and as per legal requirements

Evaluation & Selection of all contractors & sub-contractors with respect to Health, Safety& Environment.

Procedural implementation of HSE Management System including Risk Management (Risk Assessment & Action Plans),

HSE Documentation requirements, Emergency Management, Training and Awareness, Disciplinary procedure, Safe System of Work (PTW, confined space etc.), Waste Management, Welfare arrangements and all the general Site Safety requirements and best practices.

Working keenly with Waste Management team to achieve required percentage of recyclable waste according to the requirement of LEEDs

Performing regular site visits with comprehensive inspections, observations, development of action plans and reviewing and follow-up of these action plans with site teams to ensure the Quality of system and Quality of works.

Conducting regular as well as scheduled audits against HSE Management System on project sites along with factories facilities resulting in comprehensive audit report to Project Manager and Top Management.

Coordination with Project Management Team including all Engineers to discuss, advice and coordinate all issues relating to HSE.
