1.Primary 24X7 Application Support and Monitoring with Testing for Retail Point of Sale and Call Center OPUS Application. Troubleshooting Production issues related to U-Verse, 3G Microcell, DSL, Activations, Upgrades and Migrations, Direct Fulfilments, SKUs and IMEIs, Barcodes and Coupons, Wireline, Inventory and Billing system.
2.Application Support and Testing various devices like GSK (Solution Center), ESK and RSIQ (Welcome Center). Troubleshooting issues related to cash register variance and peripherals like receipt printers, signature capture devices, barcode scanners, driver license scanners and inventory scanners.
3.Remedy Administrator for PST Team. Creating and Managing Work Queue for AOTS (ATT One Ticketing System) and CM (Change Management).
4.Troubleshooting Issues related to OPUS Access, Telegence Dealer Code errors and external access errors. Working on issues related to Stores Profile and users' role & permission levels.

Project 3 – BNYMellon (Risk Management Division – Credit Risk Information System)
Production Support November 2010 – August 2013
CRDW is a support and enhancement project for the systems operations and maintenance for key components of the CRDW within the EPM environment. The Bank of New York will collect detailed credit risk information as part of its efforts to comply with Basel II rules and store it in the PeopleSoft Enterprise Performance Management Data Warehouse (“EPM” or “Data Warehouse”). The Credit Risk Data Warehouse (CRDW) will be the repository for the data used by BNY for its current credit risk and economic capital reporting conducted within the Portfolio Management Division (“PMD”), and to provide data for Basel II credit and equity risk capital calculations. The CRDW consists of three areas: the ODS (Operational Data Store), which houses data as it exists in the source files and is divided into the Staging and Transformation layers. The second area is the Warehouse area, which contains transformed data structured based on the data model. The Publication layer is the third area of the CRDW, which supports reporting needs. The technologies involved in this project are Datastage, PeopleSoft, DB2, Mainframe, Java and Power Builder.

1.Creating batch jobs using UNIX Shell Scripting for CRIS and CRDW Application.
2.Providing 24X7 Production support for CRIS, CRDW, AIMS and CIF Applications. Troubleshooting Production issues related to the above-mentioned applications.
3.Testing (Enhancement and Regression) for CRIS Application. Tested various SOW Enhancements with respect to CRIS Application, CRIS Database and CRIS Batch Jobs.
4.Development and Execution of complex SQL queries & stored procedures for CRIS, CRDW, AIMS and CIF Applications
5.Perform post release validation tests for code and configuration changes.
6.Analyzing the production issues logged via JIRA and updating the Maintenance Task Document.
7.Monitoring the Jobs and services for CRIS Application and ETL Jobs using Enterprise Systems Platform (ESP) and Informatica Power Centre Monitoring Window respectively.
8.Creating ETL Jobs using Informatica Power Centre for CRIS Application. Reading the data from the FTP location and updating in the Informatica Server using UNIX Shell Script.
9.Leading the Credit Risk Information System Production Support team from offshore and held the responsibilities of the batch support delivery from offshore.

Project 4 – Best Buy Services Inc., USA (BBFB - BBFB eProcurement)
Offshore Developer December 2009 – November 2010
The BBFB eProcurement project aims to build an eProcurement framework in BBFB and integrate it with ‘DonorsChoose.Org’ and ‘eSchoolMall’. The proposed framework would be built with the vision of making future vendor integrations less painful in terms of both cost and effort.
At the high level, the Best Buy for Business (Comergent) system would be enhanced to provide the following capabilities:
1.Expandable Electronic Procurement Framework capable of accepting, processing and sending Standard cXMLs to trusted partners.
2.Customized BBFB external (bbfb.com) site for eProcurement partners.
3.Intelligent Exception Management for eProcurement orders.
The purpose of this document is to illustrate the high-level design approach and specification for implementing this project. As the release of the eProcurement framework is phased, this document would be used as a living document and would be updated for on-going releases/upgrades to the eProcurement Framework.
