JOB RESPONSIBILITES

• Daily check the permit to work and sign the checklists for start of work activity.

• Participation in HSE Audit, survey, sampling and walk through.

• Carried out the inspection of HTV vehicles and crane.

• Verify safety precautions stipulated on permits to work, risk assessments and job safety analysis are being implemented.
