The work is associated with SCADA/ADMS adaption of 400kV/220kV/132kV/33kV Grid Stations / Feeders which involve its Data Engineering & Pictorial editing on SCADA design tools (DF 1800) provided by Dongfang Electronics Co. Ltd China (DFE) for Single Line Diagram (SLD) Development.
Site Survey and BOQ estimation, IO list preparation.
Auto CAD (RTU Panel drawing, SLD & CR-layout drawing).
I&C of RTU.
Installation of MFM and configure with RS485 MODBUS.
Configure RTU IED1725 through DF1900 software for SCADA/DMS/ADMS.
Configure modem and link RTU with master control centre at Bhopal over IEC101 Protocol.
Recognize the IO points (Breaker status, MTR, Transformer body protection points, breaker trip/close points) from C&R panel.
Site acceptance test (SAT), End to End testing of Transmission substations of Bhopal region and providing technical assistance to MPPTCL.
Manage vendors during I&C of RTU and trained them for installation.
Providing Assistance to the Field Engineers for Troubleshooting of RTU and LDMS.
