Preventive as well as break down maintenance of the following equipment’s
Maintenance and Operation of DCS Make – Honeywell Experion PKS R500, using FBD logic for Chemical Reactor (Hydrogenation, Nitration, De nitration, Methylation and Mix Acid), RVD and ANF system in plant.
Maintenance, calibration and Troubleshooting of Different field instruments like Temperature and Pressure Transmitters of make Honeywell, Endress+hauser, Level transmitter make of vegaplus 61 and Flow transmitter.
Different type of flow measurement like Mass flow meter (Micro Motion Coriolis), Magnetic flow meter (KROHNE), Vortex flow meter.

Maintenance, calibration and Troubleshooting of YTC control valve with positioner and position Transmitter and Samson control valve used also.
Electro-Pneumatic Control Valves (Dembla, Tecnik, Samson), Electro- Pneumatic Positioners like
YTC-1000L.
Pneumatic Type ON-OFF Valves (Rotex).
Maintenance and Troubleshooting Pneumatic type on-off valve & its feedback sensor and 3\2, 5\2
