With over 25 years of management level experience in general contracting, project management, construction management and development I am uniquely qualified to manage a wide range of complex, time-sensitive projects in the multi-family market.
I have managed the development and construction of over 10,000 units of multi-family and hospitality developments. Project types include wood frame; concrete midrise; steel and concrete. All of the projects have also included significant site work for landscaping, grading, common area buildings and swimming pools. Additionally, I currently hold unlimited general contracting licenses in Georgia, North and South Carolina and Tennessee.
My skills and knowledge of construction management include but are not limited to: budget planning and cost estimating; preconstruction review of all drawings for quality and cost control; developing schedules; development and negotiation of all subcontracts; coordinating construction schedules and phasing; fiscal management for payment and draws and health and safety. Hired by nationwide owner/developer to handle all construction activities related to
multifamily in Orlando area. Managed assigned projects through permitting, pre-
development activities, construction/development, project delivery, and project
stabilization.
Real Estate Development Services, Atlanta Georgia, 2014 – 2016
Provide project management oversight of land development projects. This includes the ability to conduct technical feasibilities, secure necessary entitlements, engineering plans, permits and other governmental or quasi-governmental approvals needed to develop lots and build houses. Responsible for bidding and hiring contractors and consultants for all necessary land development and engineering work.
Construction Manager – Grand Oak Construction, Atlanta, Georgia, 2008 – 2014
Started a construction division for a major developer with a focus on hospitality and multi-family projects. Responsible for directing all aspects of the pre-construction and procurement processes including scheduling, bidding, estimating, contracting and job costing from project inception to closeout.

Full range of construction management duties for multiple projects including the construction of a 300 acre Country Club which consists of Golf Course, 93 Townhomes, Amenity Area and 300 single family lots, as well as several other multi-family projects.

Employed for the start-up of this multi-family developer: Negotiated contracts on subcontractors and material, wrote scopes of work for subcontracts, hired all personnel and supervised day-to-day activities of construction. Cost per unit was well under industry standard.
