Overall Maintenance of Yanmar (Model : M200) including periodical mantainence of fuel pump, fuel injector, piston overhaul, liner change, turbocharger overhaul.
Spares are maintained and requirement of spare parts are managed
Periodical maintenance done on connecting rod bolts, removal and changing of bottom end bearing, main bearings
Camshaft clearance, Fuel pump timings, Crank shaft deflections are done as per PMS
Regular Engine performance taken and recorded in computer.
Clearance checking on tappets, connecting rod bottom end bolts, main bearing clearance on periodical basis
Cylinder head change as per periodical maintenance schedule(PMS), Pressure testing of cylinder heads are done
