OBJECTIVE
Demand & Supply Planning (Feb 2017 – Dec 2018)
P&G, one of the divisions of ALI BIN ALI Group, which is the largest FMCG Distributor in the State of Qatar holding around 65% Market Share. Managing Braun Home Appliances & Personal care which includes Male & Female Grooming along with Fabric & Home care Brands (Tide, Ariel, Downy, Fairy & Febreeze).
Fully responsible for demand planning process by using historical sales data, current market intelligence and latest trends with business stakeholders.
Continuously improving the forecasting techniques using statistical models on SKU, brand & category level to reduce the forecast error % using forecasting tool (Demantra).
Freezing the forecast with regional demand planning team for 3 months, 6 month & 12 months on rolling forecast at Demand Review Meeting (DRM) and Customer Sensing Meeting (CSM).
Hold the sales & marketing team accountable for inputs into demand planning process by using trends and KPI (Forecast Accuracy, MAPE & Bias) to drive the improvement of forward forecast.

Fully responsible for the group’s Logistics; handling 23 companies across Qatar, KSA, UAE, Bahrain, Turkey, South Africa and USA.
This includes a diversified portfolio of FMCG, Travel, Retail, Watches, Toys, Electronics and Perfume Brands Such as Nivea, Yardley, Hershey, Samsonite, American Tourist, Godiva, Nespresso, Ethen Allen, Colehaan, Breitling, Fossil, Zenith etc.
Area of logistics operations covers the total supply chain management from procurement, freight forwarding, logistics operation, customs clearance, inventory management, fleet management, logistics tender management and ERP system integration.

Responsible for Fabric& Home care (Tide, Ariel, Downy, Fairy, Bonux&Deepio) and for Hair care Category (H&S, Pantene, Herbal Essence, Silvikrin, Pert &Wella Pro Series) which contributes QR 20 Million per Month to the Business
Timely release of purchase orders, follow up on shipments, monitor each shipment upon receipt for damages, shelf life upon receipt, shortages, and quality issues.
Preparing reports to discuss CFR (Case Fill Rate) & SAMBC (Service As Measured By Customer) on monthly basis to discuss the service level with P&G.
Avoid stock out situations by maintaining healthy stock cover within the agreed stock norms (Generate Weekly and Monthly KPI reports).
Handling end to end global logistics for more than 10 global destinations including export documentation and vendor management.
Conducting monthly review with sales team, and weekly follow up on budgeted numbers against actual achieved, co–ordinate and monitor on agreed depletion plans (stock over 90 days, Stock Ageing & NPI).
Maintaining optimum inventory levels as per set budget, stock freshness and efficient CBM utilization at Warehouse.
