Preparing local and international budget for both entities. Ensuring compliance with Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002 of USA through liaison with Head Office, USA to comment on Internal Audit Reports as process owner of finance.
Assisting local Internal Audit Department for preparing SOPs and resolving financial & internal control issues and Monitoring changes in regulatory environment (Securities, Exchange Commission of Pakistan - SECP, Companies Ordinance 1984, Stock Exchange Regulations and Tax pronouncements) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and updating Top management accordingly.

Senior Assistant Manager Financial Reporting & Receivables Wyeth Pakistan Limited Jan 2001 – Sept 2009 I was working here as Senior Assistant Manager Financial Reporting till the Pfizer merger took place in October 2009. During this stay I was involved in following activities.
Develop, implement, and maintain the Company’s credit policies and procedures including risk analysis for establishment of credit for all new customers and distributors. Perform due diligence in compliance with credit and collection policy and procedures. Manage and document credit risk review of existing customers in compliance with the credit and collections policy and procedures.
