Roads & Infrastructure Works in West Muaither ( Al Manaseer ) – PACAKGE 3 DW002.P03– Roads and Infrastructure in West Muaither (Al Manaseer) is located within Zone 55 of the Al Rayyan Municipality. DW002 P03 covers an area of approximately 194 hectares of Doha West. The area is a mix of existing low to medium density housing with associated, schools, parking, mosques and commercial and government centers. The project is bounded by Muaither North Street to the north, DW002 P02 to the east, and Qutaiba Bin Muslim Street to the south. Duties & Job Responsibilities:

Review ITALCONSULT project Health & Safety Plan and implemented at site after approved by client.

Review and approved contractor project occupational Health & Safety Management Plan.

Prepare and submit monthly project HSE performance report online through PMWEB portal to client.

Prepare and submit monthly Health & safety KPI reports to client.

Review and approved daily site inspection report conducted by Consultant Health Safety team and transmit it to Contractor.

Issue Safety Enforcement Notices to contractor upon serious non compliance.

Impose financial contractual Health Safety penalties to contractor on monthly basis based on contract default events.

Invite Client, Consultant Corporate team and contractor top management to carryout JOINT Senior Leadership Management Tour on basis. Prepare tour inspection report and circulate minutes of meeting and further follow up on agreed action items till closeout.

Chair weekly Consultant / Contractor HSE meeting. Prepare and circulate minutes of meeting and further follow up on agreed action items till closeout.

Prepare incident investigation report and submit to client. Review and approved contractor incident investigation report.
