Job Description :
Prepare and compile the necessary documents including but not limited to scope of works and deliverables, drawings, specification, BOQ, schedule, approved vendors list & etc..
Approach prospective vendors/subcontractor by sending request for quotation of the items that require subcontract at least three parties minimum
Coordinate and arrange vendor/subcontractor site visit if needed to fully assess the scope of works and understand the job requirement as per actual site condition
Attain technical clarifications raise by vendor/subcontractor in order to capture the required scope of works and deliverables in their techno commercial offer
Arrange technical meeting with project team and subcontractor if needed to converse and discuss on the table
Submit pre qualification documents to qualify the proposed subcontractor/Vendor if not approve by client
Prepare technical bid clarification sheet to record the agreed technical points agreed and the same shall be part of subcontract agreement reference
Review and evaluate the received techno commercial proposal and prepare comparison sheet
Prepare responsibility matrix to avaoid any dispute after award and the same shall be part of subcontract agreement document
Negotiate the lead time delivery of materials as schedule, mobilization notice & job commencement, job completion, payment terms, subcontract agreement clauses
Negotiate and agreed the general terms and condition of the contract
Negotiate final price to meet the allocated budget
Once achieved and both agreed the terms and condition, then finalization of contract take place by processing internal management approval and issue the subcontract agreement
Arrnage kick off meeting with Qcon project team and subcontractor team to align site requirement and mobilization i.e gate pass, traning and safety induction
Monitor subcontractor progress to ensure that they are in the right tract from mobilization until completion and demobilize the resources
