B. TECH: Anti thiefting gps system for vehicle

DESCRIPTION: Developing a devise with program (coding) using matlab to know the vehicle is stolen or used by unknown person. The devise shows the exact location of the vehicle or the person through mobile like devices. So with this a little bit safty indeed.

M. TECH: Cadence, Visual TCAD simulation and coding tool (TSV).

DESCRIPTION: According to more’s law the processor count should increase double by every 2 years. So I did a research on chip level TSVFET in TCAD simulation tool. Simulating the tsvfet and make it 3D using code. i did my project under the guidance of phd holder. This is all about the idea to make mosfet in tsv which brings the smart device to smartest device.
