Experience in the inspection process like visual, dimensional, NDE, hydrotest, material preparation for the heat treatment, surface preparation, painting inspection and final dispatch clearance.

Experience to prepare and maintain the production related documents like Standard operating procedure, Production log and stage inspection tag and manpower and performance report, equipment maintenance Report. Maintain the quality document for the audit purpose.

Monitoring the worker performance and training them if the need any training with methods department.
