Nature of Work
Reviewing of instrumentation drawings such as instrumentation location and cable tray layout, installation hookup Ups, junction boxes, loop checking & cable schedules.
Manpower planning and estimation and preparation of Ferule analyses reports (FAR) and recommendation to avoid recurrence, preparation of various progress reports, PM task reports and purchase requisition for spares.
Experience in preparation / review of all type of field instruments, material requisitions, cable Schedule, instrument data sheet, hookup drawings, loop diagrams P&ID’S & as built drawings for instruments.
Experience in review of DCS /PLC system architecture drawings, graphics and PLC, logic diagram, Segregation / Grouping of I/O.
Able to carry out technical evaluations of vendor offers, checking of vendor drawings, PLC, DCS and relay cabinets and various instruments.
Job involved the minor projects (Modification jobs of local instruments) which include the Erection, field calibration checking, loop checking & Commissioning of instrument.
Carrying out day to day running maintenance and preventive maintenance of Oil Gathering Center (GC,s ) consisting of Oil & Gas separators, Deserters, Condensate recovery units, Ruston Gas turbine, Crude dispatch pumps and Gas Booster stations consisting of gas turbine driven Centrifugal Gas Compressors & Gas dehydration units.
Carrying out project nature major shutdown activities of removing all field instruments Calibration, installing back, inspection, loop checking & commissioning.
Knowledge in Saudi Aram Company, Saudi Sabic Standard, and Qatar Gas, Oman Refinery, Shell Petroleum, Kuwait Oil Company, & Equate standards, Procedures, tools and Technological advancement in instrumentation fields.
Experienced in construction, modification, commissioning, maintenance and trouble shooting of process control instruments in Oil & Gas industries.
Self-confident in successfully handling the assigned tasks & responsibilities and completing that within the allocated time frame.
