Corporate Division – Senior Officer
Duties / Responsibilities
-Worked as the Assistant to the DGM of Corporate Banking team which comprises of Commercial I, Commercial II, Commercial III & Middle markets teams.
-Follow up with all RM's Division Heads to ensure that they submit any required information related to their portfolios accurately and on time.
-Manage the family conglomerates system delegations as and when needed.
-Provide the required client related invoices and statements.
-Follow up and Prepare the Deals in Pipeline for Family Conglomerates team.
-Follow up and circulate Irregular Reports.
-Responsible to provide the required assistance for new staff. (telephone, computer, applying for business cards, stamps )
-Sending meeting request for Management Credit Committee & Executive Credit Committee Agenda.
-Arrange to provide Chauffer or transportation for Business meetings.
-Follow up with the team to provide responses on key reports for CBK reporting team..
-Help the divisions in sending delegation emails, issuing letters (accounting, recommendation, warning & general letters and internal memos).
-Responsible to prepare purchase requisitions for issuing stationary, other Purchases
