JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for overall Quality process activity on shop floor.

Responsible for all Incoming Inspection,Inprocess,Setup approval& final inspection as per Quality Plan.

Responsible for internal audit, process audit,& product audit .

Responsible for Jigs inspection & Verification and record the data.

To analyze line rejection & implement corresponding correction action at line.

Responsible to calculate the line PPM daily wise and taken action to reduce the line rejection..

Responsible for given training to new Inspectors .

Responsible to close the notification or CAPA Formats & 8D Reports.

Responsible for calibration process for measuring devices, testing and operating equipments and maintain the record.

Responsible for incoming raw material inspection (MFI,Density,Carbon black content & dispersion )

Responsible for overall Quality process of PUF Process.

Responsible to make the Pareto chart analysis on monthly basis.

Knowledge of FIFO System.

Responsible for overall Quality Testing(Deflection test, Impact Test,deformation test, drop test)

Responsible Quality Doc & Product inspection as per BIS Standard.

INSTRUMENTS KNOWLEDGE

Dial gauge, Vernier Caliper, Height gauge, Micrometer, Slip gauge, Bore gauge, Radius gauge, Feeler gauge & Lab Instruments ( Density, MFI, UTM, Carbon Black tester, Carbon Black Dispersion ) .Resistance to Deformation, Resistance to Impact, Top load resistance to deformation.
