Probation confirmation, learning agreement, promotion/job details letter processing
Organizing internal and external trainings and assigning mandatory Computer Based Tests (CBT’s) to the employees in cornerstone/skill serve applications
Coordinating with Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and other training vendors
Updating Attrition details in Workday / SAP and sending out mailers to the management.
Visa cancelation request to be processed for the Exit employees
