Developed System design for a System that controlled an automated parking structure that has a system controlled by three control panels multiple junction boxes as well as field devices related to these panels. The system included Shuttles, lifts, Laser measurement devices, Motorized conveyors, and wireless access points. The system would have the capability too automatically store 200 vehicles.

This project involved the relocation of and programming of an HMI panel that verified style information before entering the Primer booth in addition to the HMI modification updated a "Bingo Board."

I provided service to commission 16 Mini load ASRS units supporting Hardware, Software, and Power flex Motor Controllers. Worked closely with vendors and accounts payable to procure parts for the project and working with Allen Bradley to resolve warranty issues.
I added in the debugged of installation issues to bring the equipment to an operational state. Replaced multiple variable frequency drives due to damage was done during installation and other warranty issues. Ran all ASRS units for 20 hours each to provide break-in before final configuration.

Backup Copies on the server could be used for disaster recovery.

Lead a team in the research of the currently used Tag blaster equipment. I Developed a process to gauge the operation of the Tag Blaster as well as designed and testes multiple methods to improve the operation of the machine. Worked as part of a team to investigate the existing condition of TCF conveyors. I have created a report of all issues Identified. This report was used to help prevent future problems that could occur for the plant.

Provided Support for TCF Conveyor and tool installation, verified work to corporate standards. Involved in all phases of the project, including planning, installation, and debugging of equipment.

As a Buick City Plant floor team member, I provided support and implemented changes for multiple Plant Floor systems, including Auto VIN Identification (AVI) - Allen Bradley RF tags, Graphic Pull System (GPS), Assembly Line Diagnostic Link (ALDL) and schedule systems.
I Supported the plant during the 2nd shift for the last year, in providing 2nd shift coverage required to handle Operations support in addition to plant floor systems.
I Coordinated skilled labor activities with Buick City's maintenance supervision through collecting requirements of other team members and passing this information along with other elements in weekly planning meetings.
Made many improvements to development equipment to aid in the Plant floor PLC simulators, including 2 Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) along with other hardware, software, and communications cable. This simulator provided a valuable tool for the Plant Floor team to research changes to current logic and develop new code for new systems.
