Senior Project Manager, 1998 - 2019

EPC Project Manager on the INEOS O&P USA/SASOL JV $500MM+ HDPE project. As a result of effective team leadership and attention to detail the project achieved a “Best Practical” 4.0 benchmarking score from IPA for the FEED Package.

EPC Project Management Advisor, executed the detailed review, analysis and ensuing report for the INEOS Oligomers Redstone LAO project’s $550MM+ cost estimate and schedule at the completion of FEL-3. This critical compliance exercise reduced the sanction estimate ~$42MM which led the project to secure Full Sanction Funding.

Project Management Advisor, provided direction to INEOS O&P USA $210MM+ Seminole Pipeline Project. Project scope included existing pipeline acquisition, new pipeline installations, metering station, and INEOS ISBL modifications to enable new purity ethane feedstock.

Project Management Advisor, served as The Nicholas Group’s principal consultant and expert witness regarding the review, evaluation and formulation of case strategy for plaintiff Murphy Oil in a major construction management and execution claims litigation. An auspicious out-of-court settlement was ultimately reached.

Division Manager for Hydril Corporation in charge of the Subsea MUX Control Systems Division, reporting directly to the CEO of Hydril. As Division Manager, spearheaded the successful total reorganization of the Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing groups and transitioned the group from an R&D mode to a profitable Production Facility.
