Manage and make decisions related to the performance of work related to scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control and trade employee staffing levels.

Provide technical assistance regarding construction methods and eqipments.

Manage the work to ensure that it is completed in compliance with and conforms to the approved contract documents.

Monitor and supervise Sub-contractors works and report their Progress and issues/concerns to the Project Manager.

Identify potential changed conditions and inform project engineering and project manager.

Progressively monitor the quality of works and get rectification done if any in timely manner.

Responsible for schedule and quality of work and daily reporting of progress.
