This is Zizipho Noqakala, a vibrant and flexible individual. I am a driven person with potential of working independently or working together with a group of people.

I have obtained a National Diploma in Business Management (2017: Dec) and Baccalaureus Technologea (Btech: Management, 2018 Dec). I major in Strategic management, Operation management, Marketing management, Financial management, Supply Chain management and Project management, I believe in constant learning as it is an advantage for me and the company that will hire me as this results in consistent growth. I have strong communications and listening skills, and I pay strict attention to detail.

My first job experience was at Lewis store, where I worked as a credit clerk and sales assistance. My duties included assisting customer that are coming to pay their debts, open account, counting the stock and sales canvassing. Furthermore, I am currently working at Joubert Park Youth Project for Community Work Project (CWP), Auditing production, keeping on the lookout for any unsafe behaviour or breaks in regulations, Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations. Creating analytical reports of safety data, Inspecting production equipment and processes to make sure they are safe. I Work at Novus as Sales Admin my duties manage the workflow, execution, progress tracking and delivery of new client’s orders, repeats and changes to ensure on time delivery of product.

Ensure client services quality, retention and satisfaction.

Maintain an effective internal control environment for audit purpose through job tracking and administrative.

I work well under pressure. I am able to meet any deadline, provided if it is given within a fair period, as I am able to think on the spot. I enjoy learning new things as I am a quick learner.
