Personal Instructor

Runs a home studio and also teaches individualized classes from clients’ home or office. Clients range from “mommy and me” classes, preschool, school age, teens, adults, fertility, prenatal, seniors, and special needs, in all skill-levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced, and “all”). Styles of yoga include: Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, ISHTA, Kundalini, Sivananda, Nature Yoga, Yin, Gentle, and Restorative. Also can include Breathwork, Meditation, Mindfulness, Yoga Nidra, Reiki, and Yoga Philosophy.

Designed, implemented and ran a yoga camp for 6th-8th grades, 3 hours daily, which included asana, games, pranayama, meditation, yoga ethics/philosophy and crafts.
