I have left my last job at Doha Bank QPSC as I had to relocate to Chennai due to family constraints and there was no HR Role internally within my last company which would be based at Chennai.

Strategic Responsibilities handled:-

Being a strategic HR Business Partner for the entire India business and heading the HR function pan India.

Working closely with CEO and other HODs for providing strategic HR resolutions as per business requirements.

Preparing manpower plan and Organization structures as per India business requirements.

Responsible for all India hiring including Leadership Hiring for all offices in India and to liaison with respective authority at HO.
