Previously branded as BelPastry, Gourmand Pastries is a Belgium Europe production based company specializing in manufacturing laminated pre-proofed frozen doughs for the foodservice and retail industries sold world wide.

Regional Sales Manager - West

Manage and produce sales in the 13 western states comprising of 80% foodservice and 20% retail. Direct Broker network in most markets – Acosta and Affinity Elite and pioneer direct sales in others.

Regional Sales Manager

Execute strategic sales plans for this high end bakery manufacturer providing doughs and finished bulk goods to food service and retail distribution channels. Oversee and manage expansive territory including Western United States, Alaska, and Canada.
