I have 25 years of direct relevant experience in document control and records management relative to facilities such as Piedmont Natural Gas, Duke Energy and several facilities at the Savannah River Site. I am skilled in the process of handling documents such that information can be created, shared, organized and stored efficiently and appropriately. I have specific knowledge of and experience working on the Mixed Oxide Fuel Fabrication Facility (MOX Project) and other facilities on the Savannah River Site. I have worked at the Savannah River Site for over Twenty four Years and was employed by Westinghouse Savannah River Company for Sixteen years. My Document Control and Records Management experience includes extensive interface and coordination with Construction Management, Design Engineering, Procurement, Quality Control and Facility Management Experts and other disciplines to attain project goals. I am highly driven and multifaceted professional Document Control Specialist with a comprehensive background in meeting project and stakeholder needs. I am highly versatile; quickly masters new roles, responsibilities, technologies, and environments. Maintain custody, care, and control of nuclear design engineering documentation. Create and implement user-friendly training tools to ensure document accuracy and provided training to users of varying electronic document management systems.

Processed RFPs, generated requisitions and Purchase Orders, along with procuring supplies. A supplier list was maintained and updated regularly to ensure all contracts are processed fairly and meet the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).

Familiar with the procedure for handling controlled unclassified documents. Maintain sign-in / sign-out repositories for Secret documents.
