Roles & Responsibilities:

New Systems, Policies and Strategic HRM:

Facilitating Organizational Development plans for enhancing the operational effectiveness.

HR Policy formulation and Communication Strategy.

Implementing Employee Satisfaction Surveys.

Modifying & implementing various compensations plans, reward & recognition schemes, HR policies and communicating them across the organization at all levels.

Counseling/ grievance handling of the employees to maintain a healthy work environment.

Implementation of various HRIS systems.

Appraisals/Career Planning:

Facilitating the Performance Management System

Handling Performance Appraisal process & identifying scope for enhancing the same.

Training & Development:

Identifying training needs & ensuring measurability & effectiveness within team.

Designing Training policy and Plan for new joinees.

Employee Relations and Retention:

Identifying patterns, trends and root causes for making recommendation(s) to Management to improve motivation, increase retention and efficiency of employees.

Implementation of employee friendly HR Policies including Induction, People Engagement Practices, Attrition Management, Employee MIS Generation, Employee Grievance Handling etc. to ensure smooth functioning of the organization and to ensure togetherness and a sense of belonging.

Conducting Employee Engagement activities and implementing necessary actions from the outcome of the survey.

Statutory Compliance / Liaison

Ensuring statutory compliance falling under various laws pertaining to Human Resources.

Interfacing with statutory & regulatory bodies/ Govt. agencies.

General Administration

Monitoring adherence to statutory regulations & compliance with various governmental agencies; monitoring disciplinary issues & legal matters.

Establishing administrative policies and procedures; overseeing the smooth execution of maintenance operations in the office buildings.

Reviewing reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences or any other security breaches and taking appropriate corrective and preventive measures.

Organizing social activities such as annual day, picnic, sports & recreational activities, health care, etc. for increasing the morale of the employees
