Marymount University SBA IT/MS Department Assistant: 2016 - 2018

Started on October 2nd of 2016 and ended on February 12th of 2018, my role as the assistant for the SBA IT/MS Department that work with the IT Department Head Chair, Dr. Diane Murphy, to ensure administrative tasks and projects are completed, provide administrative and technical support for the labs, include installing & testing hardware and software, and managing and monitoring student access.

RGIS Team Leader Inventory Specialist: 2017 - 2018

Started on June 8th of 2017 and ended on August 12th of same year, and then reemployed back on March 5 of 2018 to ended on August 24. My job description is to be responsible for myself and supervise other fellow employees to scan, compile, and maintain records of the value, type, and quantity of different company’s supplies. The part-time job helps people in the profession focus on all aspects of inventory movement, such as restocking and accounting for warehouse items.

Started on March 19th and ended on June 1st of same year, my role as a Loader for this company was to learn and properly execute UPS package handling methods and load UPS packages into trailers or package cars in a warehouse environment at a fast pace.

My current responsibilities at this moment include resolving any network issues problems and able to debug the website operating system under the “Wixsite.com” Corporation policy guidelines. I work from a remote desktop using connections to provide immediate support to everyone in need.
