WORK EXPERIENCE- 1

Worked as Food Safety Officer in IFFCO Groups-London Dairy Bistro & café, UAE from November 2017 to June 2019

Job Responsibilities:-

Conduct the retail food safety audit in London Dairy Bistro and café outlets in UAE

Reporting the visit observation and corrective action to Area coach, territory Manager and Operation Head

Supervise orders and arrange stock to ensure they meet needs.(As per FIFO)

Job Responsibilities:-

Conducting the food safety audit of the assigned parlour and reporting the details of the visit observations and corrective action taken to Area Manager, Territory Manager and Regional manager.

To conduct the food safety audit in Retail Baskin Robbins ice creams parlours KSA-Eastern Province. The working location was Jubail, Qatif, Hofuf and Hafar Al Batin Area.

To check, the expiry details of the product and to report the expiry details to Area manager, TM and Regional manager.

Conduct the FS audit of ware house and report the visit observation and corrective action to operation head and supply chain manager

Inspection of raw materials and temperature check of raw materials.

To check, analyse the quality control reports, findings, preventive/corrective actions.

Temperature checks of all the refrigerators including raw material and finished products.

Checking the health and hygiene of the workers involved in production in production line.

Checking the quality of food products before being packed.

Review, monitor, analyse all customer complaints, and evaluate the corrective action taken into consideration
