1.Housekeeping – Total plant and periphery (Total built up area about 3 lakh sqft with minimum manpower. (Total area 15 Acres)

3.Maintenance of STP / ETP – STP capacity of 80KL & ETP capacity – 10 KL – ensuring compliance of all Statutory Norms on time.

4.Maintenance of two stage RO Plant

6.Operation & Maintenance of BIO-GAS Plant

DUTIES

Ensuring that all office systems are managed maintained & updated.

Preparation of budget, negotiation, finalization.

Prepare SOP, SOW & SLA for all vendors and ensure they are followed through regular monthly meeting with them.

Daily work management & monitoring

Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.

Experience of managing a team of 50 to 100 workers.

Assisting with the preparation of the monthly management reports.

To identify, plan and execute implementation of new business streams.

Ensuring that any concerns or complaints of the customers are dealt with appropriately and on timeline.
