Working as a Thermal engineer for exploratory and analysis of turbocharger turbine where performance prediction of turbocharger is being done using CFD Tools.
CFD tools: Ansys CFX, Ansys Fluent, ICEM CFD, PTC Creo Strong engineering profession with two completed projects of Cummins turbo technology Pune and Wuxi (China) where validating the results from test data and recommendations for performance improvement.
Specialities : LCF low cycle fatigue, HCF high cycle fatigue analysis, Thermal analysis, Aerodynamics, Performance prediction, Radial turbine, Turbine housing and wheel design, Project planning Fourier and stage performance analysis of Turbocharger turbine. Component wise and full stage aerodynamics design to deliver high level of performance and reliability of Turbochargers. Generate two productivity improvement Excel macro script in CFD post processing for easily result extraction from the CFD simulation. Identify additional parameters than the static pressure in Fourier analysis and help added more info in Flycut design and High cycle fatigue assessment
Investigation of high cycle fatigue risk using fourier analysis methods
Reduction of the Fourier amplitude in small size housing of the turbine and analysis of pressure fluctuation curve on the wheel leading interface, Where the geometry of turbine is modified in sculptor tool and post processing is done via field view software. Comparison of results with the conventional techniques and preparation of efficiency and mass flow parameter curves. Designing of Vertical Axis WIND Turbine
Incorporation of more renewable energy to the power system, Design of a new method of generation of electricity using the wind energy generated by the moving vehicles on the highways, Development Stand-alone system for providing the power to the highways.
