ROLE:
●Plan day production as per the customer requirement and to achieve the day target with Quality product.
●Arrange the all resources to production department and organize with other team members to achieve the production target goal (Manpower, Material, consumables, tools and Jigs).
●Rearranging the line layout and to increase the line output per shift from 250 No’s to 400 No’s per shift.
●Direct handling of 3 – Shift supervisors and indirectly handling of 50 operators by using these resources and to achieve the customer requirement in Quantity as well as Quality.
●Analysis and resolve production line issues, and assists the production team in solving work related problems
by using the QC-tools and problem solving tools.

ROLE:

●Escalate and follow-up un-resolved production issues with the relevant functional teams to ensure closure of the issues.

●Productivity improvement to implement the line balancing method and to reduce the conveyor cycle time from 20 sec to 18 seconds and increase shift output 1350 Pc’s to 1500 Pc’s.
●In house process failure rejection reduction from Indian rupees 5000 to 1000 rupees per shift.
●Customer internal quality audit failure reducing related to aesthetic and cosmetic failures to maintain the 5S in shop floor and sharp edges covering with ESD mates.

ROLE:
●Handling Electronics Manufacturing and Product in SMT Process, working as a production coordinator.
●Troubleshoot production problems and providing timely solutions to maintain the continuity of production flow followed in SMT-Processes.
