Created a Client Side Web Application using ANGULAR 7 Created a frontend application which makes a user to see and interact directly. In the process learnt html, typescript, css, angular material, bootstrap, components, modules, routing, functionalities like click, mouse over, etc. Smart Lights
Using LDR sensor and a 3 way switch a smart light is implemented using ARDINO. It measures the light falling on it and operate itself between OFF and ON.
Smart Agriculture Using IOT:
Designed an automated farming system using data analysis to maximize the yield. The system uses Raspberry Pi, Node MCU and sensors that extract farm details
(humidity, temperature, soil moisture) as its hardware components. Water Sprinklers are turned on/off according to the thresholds of the collected data. The farmer can visualize the current farm conditions through a web page using Ubidots platform.

Smart Blind Walking Stick
Using Arduino a Smart Walking Stick is developed that helps visually impaired person to find obstacles in his path. An Ultrasonic sensor measures the distance of any obstacles in between by emitting ultrasonic sound waves and converts the reflected sound waves into an electrical signal.
Compact modelling of a vertical nanowire MOSFET(Final Year Project ) We modelled a nanowire MOSFET of radius 45nm and a planar MOSFET of similar dimensions and compared their performance parameters like sub-threshold slope, delay, ON current, OFF current and Noise Margin. We used open source PSPICE and CADENCE to design the virtual model.
• Kaggle Titanic Project
This is the first project related to Data Science that I’ve started after learning the basics. After the feature engineering, Using Logistic Regression predicted the number of people Survived in Titanic Accident. The Accuracy achieved is approximately 75 percent.
