• Human Resources Assistant (May 16, 2016 – Present).

• Monitors daily attendance. Validates the system if functioning properly by generating an attendance report (previous workday) and submitting the report for tardiness monitoring to the Immediate Superior. Advises employees if the system is defective and uses the logbook as an alternate system to monitor attendance. Reports the system malfunction to IT for proper action until such time that the system is fully restored and functioning.

• Undertakes monitoring of leave application/availment by accepting the required form/advice from the employee, indicating the balance of the leave form as well as properly posting the leave taken to ensure accuracy of data. Properly files all records for future reference. Advises the HR Manager on excess leave/s taken by employee/s to properly advise the employee and the respective Department Head.

• Processes Payroll schedule in a timely manner and ensures accuracy of data provided.

• Prepares reporting of newly hired employees for SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig and BIR.

• Prepares payment and posting SSS, PHILHEALTH, PAG-IBIG contribution and loan.

• Prepares SSS and Philhealth certificates of employment.

• Prepares and submits on-line enrollment forms for ATM with Unionbank.

• Computation of maternity and sickness benefits with SSS and preparation of cash advance payment to employees and duly collects the same amount from SSS.-Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements, and approving invoices for payment.

• Process the Consultants Fees

• Check and Process the Agencies Billing

• HMO Deletion and Enrollment

• Extends support and assistance to HR/Admin. Manager in undertaking the daily task/requirements of the Department to meet the operations of the business.

• Attends to the needs of the employees in the absence of the HR/Admin. Manager by inquiring as to their need/s and advising the employee of what action can be undertaken in the absence of the required authority.

• Ensures that all company documentation and records are updated, accurately processed, are properly kept and well maintained for all administrative operational needs as well as for future reference. Adheres to confidentiality of information.

• Strictly monitors compliance with the company’s Code of Conduct and all other company policies, procedures, directives, rules and regulations at all times.

• Ensures that personnel requirements of the organization are processed in a timely manner having in mind the need of the company but ensuring that it has the proper approvals and applicants are properly screened, interviewed, cleared with the required police and medical clearances and validated before being assigned to their specific task/s.

• Advises the Immediate Superior of any incident or any pertinent information needed that may occur for effective and proper communication. Initially seeks advice in undertaking any appropriate action.
