Re: Application for the opposition of Receptionist
To whom I am concerned,
I am quite excited to apply for the Receptionist position. I believe my administration experience and my attentive attitude combined with my analytical skills are my best strengths for this position. Having read through your job description, I realized that most of my skillset matched the requirement you are looking for. I would like to highlight some points from my resume that would demonstrate why I am the perfect candidate for this position:
Administrative Assistant with three years of experience handing with costumers in a fast-paced environment. My experience as Administrative Assistant includes identifying client needs, providing a focused client service, and problem solving with any kind of clients. I believe my interaction with clients has been successful and beneficial for the clients and the company I worked for.
My ability to establish empathy and rapport has made me to build positive relationships with clients, co-workers and employees. That is why, I have always contributed to improve a peaceful atmosphere in my workplace.
As part of my volunteer job at CIWA, I was supporting the receptionist on the third floor. Therefore, I have experience dealing with clients who have different cultural background and languages barriers as well as I have directed them to the right service base on their needs. Also, I have assisted the receptionist in administration duties.
After more than one year of volunteering at CIWA, I have run in different programs and developed strong relationship with the staff member and volunteers.
As Team lead, I am aware of the importance of confidentiality and follow up the policies.
Multilingual: Spanish and English.
I have a big confident that I am a reliable candidate for this position and highly motivated to becoming an outstanding team player at CIWA. I would have the opportunity for a personal interview to further discuss my qualifications. You might reach at 587-***-**** or by my email stated above.
Thank you in advance for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Pamela Ordinola Brena
