Manage project documents, follow up and support the team responsible for the document control procedures in the project.
Distribute documents on timely manner to the technical staff and other office employees. Support administration, coordination with staffs maintaining strict confidentiality in all situations.
Act as office coordinator between all managers, department’s engineers / technical staffs and ensuring proper communication is delivered.
Receiving, verifying, distributing, updating of all types of incoming and outgoing correspondences including drawings as per the QA/QC specification.
