OBJECTIVES: My goal is to be a. Human Service worker. It is about meeting people's needs, through preventing and remedying problems and promoting overall quality of life for the people I work with. Assisting individuals, families, and communities in overcoming their problems.

EXPERIENCE: Owner/operator: Cheap Thrills thrift shop • April 2013 - January-2016 Owner of a successful resale/thrift shop southeast Stephens street in Roseburg, Oregon. This afforded me the opportunity to get to know the disenfranchised and the homeless in Roseburg. Through this experience, I learned how to assist the local homeless population with appropriate community resources. EMT ii: Sacramento and Los Angeles counties. July 1992 – MAY 2003. I was a California Licensed EMT with more than 12 years’ experience providing medical and emergency assistance to people of all ages and health conditions. Other than my experience and expertise, I am well-traveled, I have a strong level of fitness and the ability to maintain composure during stressful situations. I have overwhelming regard for human life and unconditional positive regard for all.

COMMUNITY SERVICE:

Direct community service winter months October-March 2013 -2020

I donate directly to the homeless in Roseburg. Items donated clothing, bedding, flashlights, and general homeless necessities, for example, a list of current Roseburg’s community resources and services. The 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month.

Battered Persons Advocacy. Sate certified volunteer. September 2017 – June 2018

I have 97 volunteer hours for the BPA. Duties: Sorting donations, distributing data, cleaning, yard maintenance, and a state-certified hotline operator.
