EXPERIENCE

JAMMU TAWI GOLF COURSE, SIDHRA (GOLF SUPERINTENDENT)

Worked as Golf course superintendent designed by internationally renowned designer Col. K.D Bagga, the course was commissioned on 24th April 2011. This picturesque Golf Course is located along the National Highway 1A connecting Jammu to Srinagar. Jammu Tawi Golf Course is 18 holes Golf Course with fairways of approximate 6600 meters length, has two big and three small water bodies (lakes) and about 3200 meters long water channel. The course is laid with underground sprinkle irrigation system and has comfort stations/rain shelters. It has full-fledged maintenance complex, a club house and about 6500 metres long pathway. The course is spread over an area of 70 hectares of land.

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION

Engineer for Multi-storey Buildings in J&k for tourism department. Tender drawings, Bill of Quantity for construction of Terminal Building, ATC Building, Fire station, Substation, External Development Works and Allied Works. Study and amendments in GFC drawing, study of most critical buildings along the alignment. Prepared Detailed Estimate of cost, Tender documents details along the alignment in tender data for various Airport Buildings, Cross-sections and other construction method detailing.
