Primary duties

Plan, direct, control and manage the safe operational activities of the vessel and achieve business plan including Health, Safety and environmental objectives and target.

1. Oversee the daily routine management of the fleet operations with optimizing resources and maintaining quality and safety standards at a minimum cost

2. Liaise and ensure good relations with clients on maintaining and expanding contract and promotion of organizational services. 3. Develop procedures, policies and controls to assist/improve vessels operational requirements.

4. Ensure compliance with all statutory, flag state regulations and company SMS.

5. Coordinate with the P and I Clubs, hull and machinery insurers and to formulate claims in the unfortunate event of casualties. 6. Review qualification of marine personnel for employment, carry out offshore assessments.
