Duties and Responsibilities:
•Responsible to implement Safety on site as per the safety procedure guide lines.
•Co-ordination with clients, main contractors & other subcontractors for ensuring safety at site.
•Make observations for any unsafe conditions and unsafe work and get correction immediately
•Preparation of Accident & Incident reports.
•To develop job Safety analysis and Hazards Identifications.
•Organize, monitor and coordinate Safety Awareness Program at sites.
•Conduct new employees Safety orientation program to all employees.
•Development, Implementation, Enforcement & Administration of Safety health hazards requirement in accordance to the project safety standard.
•Conducting weekly tool – box talk for all supervisors & foreman.
•Make monthly inspection of moving equipment, power tools .fire extinguishers and ladders etc.
•Carry out surprise checks on site to determine effectiveness & adequacy of system for safety. Highlight wrong practices being followed which are not meeting safety requirements & recommend corrective action. Keep records of the same.

•Monitor all site activities to ensure that all Safety Procedures are complied with.
•Planning and Managing periodical inspections & maintenance schedule according vendor specifications to all Safety & Fire Equipment.
•Conducting HSE Training and 'TOOL BOX' talks.
•Checking and monitoring the scaffolding tag system.
•Defining company Management and need of special emergency, rescue, safety and fire protection / firefighting systems and necessary training.

• Carry out surprise checks on site to determine effectiveness and adequacy of system for safety.
• Before leaving the job site, make sure that all unfinished job such as open pit, overhead and other must have safety precaution of signboard and safety tape.
• Reminding all workers that the safety in the best policy and to target zero accident.
•Taking the disciplinary action against employees for carelessness.
•Check the work permits and coordinate with assigned safety representatives for implementation of safety procedures.
•Prepare Reports and conduct meetings with Project Management if required.
•Maintain all safety related documents such as Weekly/Monthly Inspection Reports, Fire Extinguishers Reports, Investigation Reports, and Injuries Reports etc.
• Daily Inspection of crane and scaffolding.
• Implementation of 100% tie-off policy.
